Bioformer

A large organ is utilized to change the biological form of creatures. Less advanced forms may take the form of pods that slowly alter creatures over time while they are put in a coma. Advanced forms are more similar to industrial foundries and more aggressively remove and add flesh, viscera, ligament, bone, and so on to a creature.

Large or inspired Bioformers can even install organs that might normally be incompatible such as psychic lobes, other species parts, and additional minds that contain separate entities.
