The Wooded Hallow Pack
They live on the heavily wooded bank of the river. They carve wood for much of their work and tools. For generations they have cultivated trees to grow in specific patterns in order to create structures and homes. They are very skeptical of outsiders and humans.
Structure
The Leader is at the top of the pack hierarchy quickly followed by the Healer.
Culture
They are wary of outsiders, especially humans. Towards outsiders they tend to be standoffish, and quick to turn hostile towards visitors. Due to the closeness of a semi recent human settlement being built near the edge of Wooded Hallow, Wooded Hallow children have gotten captured by humans because of this humans are not tolerated within their territory and are quickly chased out. The aggression the pack shows to humans adds to the stigma in the area of “wild” oddcrura.
In Wooded Hallow their diet is mostly hunted game from the forests, with some meals coming from fish in the river. They cook their meat but do not always, it is considered somewhat lazy in the pack to eat meat raw. In preparation for winter meat is cured and dried and stored for the winter months. Once winter has started fresh meat is often frozen in snow or ice collected from the river.
