The Shallow Isles Pack

They live on the part of the river we’re the water is most shallow and there are several small isles within the river. Where they make their homes out of driftwood and clay. They build dams and make nets to catch fish and have a diet that consists mostly of fish. The river around them protects them somewhat from other larger life. They have a very superstitious culture.
