Shuk-litrix (Shield of Potential). Armor (shield), artifact (requires attunement)
An enormous emerald green scale, perhaps from a dragon, carved into the shape of a leaf with gold and brass inlaid runes. While weilding Shuk-litrix, you gain resistance to any damage dealt by beasts and plants.
It also functions as an Animated Shield. You may speak the command word "Austrat" ("fly" in draconic) as a Bonus Action to activate it. It then leaps into the air and hovers in your space to protect you as if you were wielding it, leaving your hands free. Shuk-litrix remains animated for 1 minute, until you use a bonus Action to end this Effect, or until you are Incapacitated or die, at which point the Shield falls to the ground or into your hand if you have one free.
