Robes of the Council of the Hallowed

One of three sets of drab grey robes are adorned with rows of what at first appear to be small grayish beads. Upon closer examination, they are revealed to be desiccated eyes. They are arranged in a neat circle with a smaller concentric circle inside, and six lines spaced on the outside of the larger circle in a crude depiction of a round open eye. This set of robes is particularly ornate, with glittering gems sewn into the hems (“Primary Robes”).

The robes collectively have 1 charge, which is regained at dawn during which a different creature is attuned to each of the three sets. These three creatures attuned to the robes can use their action to link themselves for 1 hour. While linked, each of attuned creatures may use their action to see through the bearer of the Primary Robes’ eyes and hear through their ears (as Beast Sense). The bearers of the Secondary Robes may each do this once during the hour. The link lasts until the bearers of the Secondary Robes sever their connection with an action.

Additionally, the bearer of the Primary Robes is protected from divination magic, as Nondetection (can't be targeted by any divination magic or perceived through magical scrying sensors).
