Tower of Waters

The Tower of Waters is a 5 story tall tower made out of wooden logs, it is said to have been build by a certain legendary pokemon (Urshifu). Many trainers train in here to increase their power and scientists come here to study the ocean from a perfect vantage point. it is said that if you battle your way to the top something powerful will be waiting for you.
