Elowen

Elowen is the current leader of the The Verdant Covenant "Xerneas" He is close friends with Silver as he is one of his most trusted advisors.

Elowin seems to be in his early 30s has deep blue hair with long tree tattoos that seem to be swaying in the wind. He has normal blue eyes and he has a set of antlers on his head, along with a blue robe with exposed arms giving him a very druidic appearance. he has a very peaceful demeanor and voice, his goal is to become intune with all life.

Powers- Elowen recovers 10 hp per turn and can touch another living organism to do transfer this health recovery onto them, he can also teleport in between trees that he knows about if they are accurately described to him.

Elowen has a special blessed wooden staff with a blue gem on the top that pulsates a dull blue color, this gem gives him the ability to use the move solar beam 3/day (5d12+5, +3 to hit) but he has to take 2 turns to recover instead of one, he could alternatively use a weaker version of solar beam 9/day (3d10+5, +3 to hit) these charges are intertwined (ex 1 use of full power solar beam will onle leave 6 charges of the lesser solar beam)
