Clockwork Heart. Get a new lease on life with a mechanical heart! This will keep your blood pumping even in the most extreme circumstances. You can drop to 1 HP rather than 0 HP once per long rest.
Iron Lungs. Ever wanted to breathe fire? Ice? Poison? Well, now you can, no matter what your species. Non-dragonborn gain a breath weapon of the damage type of their choosing. Dragonborn gain enhancements to their natural breath weapons (increased range and extra damage).
Power Legs. Stand on your own two feet and run like the wind with one or more mechanical legs! Buy one, get one 50% off—the price, not the leg! Add 10 feet to your walking and running speed.
Auditory Enhancement. With our specialized hearing aids, you’ll never again be snuck up on from behind! Now with built-in perfect pitch—who needs a pitch pipe when you can tune your lute by ear! You gain advantage on Perception checks relying on hearing. Bards also gain +2 to spell attacks using voice or a tuned instrument.
Forged Sight. This mechanization is more than meets the eye! Another buy one, get one half-price, and especially recommended for sharpshooters and gunslingers! You have Darkvision up to 60 feet, advantage on Perception checks relying on sight, and +2 to attack rolls with ranged weapons.
Strong Arms. Knock out your foes with a single blow! No one will ever mistake you for an ‘armless pushover with these big guns. (Note: built-in guns not included.) When you use this limb to make an unarmed attack, you deal damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier.
