Shadow Glass

Appearance

Crystals that appear as jagged red glass, They can't be broken through the usual means and cannot be pried loose. The crystals look very sharp and vicious. They are smooth on 1 side, but extremely sharp on the other.
They are either magical in nature or naturally sturdy like diamond, but a shovel cannot go through the surrounding ground either.

Notes

According to Blacksmith Stonehammer, no one knows how to mine it.
Apparently around these crystals swarms of little creatures, the size of nails, spawn. They function much like a swarm of beetles and are called Arachnite.
