Reflourishing flower

A dried-out vine that becomes pretty when you come close

A dried-out vine can be found in one of the chambers of the Abandoned Complex. 
When the altar in the room is approached it begins to bloom again. Growing fronds and leaves of verdant colorations emitting a soft light. The final stretch of it above the altar unfurls into an enormous five petaled yellow flower with 3 large stems reaching up. 
Golem says it hasn't bloomed in ages but they don't know what it does. It was brought in by one of their 'friends'.

Found in the Abandoned Complex. 
According to Golem  it was planted by one of his firends. 

Ideas and Notes 
Saga really wanted to take this flower but in the end didn't. Maybe for the best.
