Origins of Clan Bloodeyes
Clan Bloodeyes is a unique and enigmatic Skaven clan that defies the typical Skaven stereotype of cowardly, infighting vermin. Known for their intelligence, grace, and lethal precision, the Bloodeyes are assassins and infiltrators without equal. Their defining traits—blood-red eyes and beautiful white fur—set them apart, both physically and culturally, in the cutthroat world of Skaven society.
The clan traces its origins to a mysterious albino Skaven named Torel Bloodeyes, a cunning warlock-turned-assassin. Raised in the outskirts of Rat Pitt, the sprawling Skaven metropolis of the Underdark, Torel defied the odds and united a group of disillusioned and outcast Skaven to form Clan Bloodeyes.
The Death of Morak Bloodeyes
Morak Bloodeyes a member of the Council of 13 in Rat Pitt in the Underdark and leader of the Clan Bloodeyes was a value member on the council as he eliminated all threats to the other members and kept them safe from ambitious Skavens planning to assassinate any members.
Morak was killed in the Underdark in 613PR during a rise of Mindflayers attack upon a Drow house De'Myllic on the outskirts of the city of Brezniera in the Underdark.
This cause a war between the Clan Bloodeyes and House De'Myllic as it is unsure how Morak and his Skavens died in the battle.
With Morak death the Clan Bloodeyes lost it place on the Council of 13.
The Rise of Willow Bloodeyes
Willow’s journey began as an outcast. with her farther dead and Being only 14 years old and female and with her white fur, a rarity among Skaven, marked her as different. However, Willow turned her apparent weakness into a strength. Her intelligence and interest for magic allowed her to master shadow-weaving spells and silent killing techniques, earning her a reputation as a dangerous assassin.
With the help of her fiercely loyal brother, Redshi Bloodeyes, Willow gathered a following of the remaining Clan Bloodeyes members, other outcasts and ambitious Skaven. She taught them discipline, focus, and the art of assassination, transforming her followers into an elite cadre of warriors who combined martial prowess with shadow magic. Thus, Clan Bloodeyes was rose back to power and became a member of the council of 13 again.
Redshi Bloodeyes: The Silent Blade
Redshi, Willow’s younger brother and second-in-command, serves as the clan’s most feared assassin. Known for his unparalleled skill with glaives and scimitars, Redshi has earned a reputation as a living shadow, able to eliminate entire patrols without leaving a trace. His loyalty to Willow is absolute, and he enforces her will with ruthless efficiency.
Culture of Clan Bloodeyes
Clan Bloodeyes is unlike any other Skaven clan in both appearance and behaviour. They value discipline, intelligence, and stealth over brute strength or overwhelming numbers. Members of the clan are trained from birth to become assassins, spies, and infiltrators, mastering a variety of weapons, including glaives, scimitars, crossbows, and bows.
