Prerequisite: Orc
You are so tough and vicious that you killed the rest of your litter while still in the womb. You gain:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1.
• Whenever you kill or knock unconscious a creature with a melee attack, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Constituion bonus (minimum 1) until your next turn.
• You do not gain temporary hit points for killing helpless (Up to DM's discretion) creatures.
