Power Classifications

After the PRT developed and retired several iterations of general power classifications; the scientifically conclusive twelve categories were discovered by Doctor William Manton.   Doctor Manton observed that the corona polentias of similar types of powers register as similar in color when viewed through an MRI machine. For example, Brute types are always red and Blaster types are always green.
