Brockton Bay
The City of Brockton Bay has the highest concentration of cape activity in North America. The area close to the harbor has fallen into disrepair following an Endbringer attack that almost led to the city being condemned. The area fell into further crime and poverty when businesses abandoned the Harbor, fearing that the closeness to the ocean would put them in the path of Leviathan if he were to re-emerge in Brockton Bay. Following this disaster, the Boardwalk became the new shopping district; and the majority of the cities restoration funds were diverted to it.
