Broken Dragon

The Broken Dragon of the Outlands is one of the many masters of the many lesser domains of the Concordant Opposition. A great fire dragon native to the planes, the great beast has been cursed and hobbled, and can no longer leave its throne in Outland. Tended by local bandits who worship it, the Broken Dragon seeks to be restored. However, nobody has yet been able to restore the dragon.

Its predicament makes it more tolerant of curious outsiders than most of its ilk, but its patience is not unlimited. Most recently, the Golarian gnome Sona has visited the Broken Dragon, but was ultimately eaten by the beast.
