Blightstone Penitentiary

Perched on a high cliff overlooking the scorched landscape is a bleak stone fortress carved out of a gigantic, blade-shaped rock. A central tower looms above the rest of the fortress, and light leaks from its arrow slits. Four smaller towers rise from the outermost corners of the fortress, and guards can be seen atop them. This miserable crucible appears to have absolutely no means of egress. This prison area is lined with boxlike metal cells, all built of the same strange materials seen elsewhere in the penitentiary. Some of the cells are empty, but shouts and a sound of creatures hammering on locked doors are heard from a few.
While all the cities have local jail cells and judicial systems, the Blightstone Penitentiary hold the worst of the worst. It is especially designed to house those of great arcane or supernatural power. The only tunnel that leads to Blightstone is from Zemni Fields. The Goblins, Gnolls, and Bugbears call this home and are the warden and jailers, as well as a small number of other races.
