Cruxhold
Fantasy gaming worlds collide in the mysterious world of Cruxhold.
Cruxhold - So Many Worlds, So Little Time
Cruxhold is a world of crossroads for many lands, lands of promise and... despair. Cruxhold keeps its secrets with the origin of time.
Cruxhold Keep
Cruxhold Keep (nestled in icy Savage Peaks) is a gateway to a mash-up inspired by many rich, storied worlds including:
- Lost Lands (Frog God Games on World Anvil (WA))
- Forgotten Realms (Wizards of the Coast)
- Forbidden Lands (Free League)
- Savage Dawn (OSS from LoreSmyth)
- Midgard (Kobold Games on WA)
- Middenheim (WFRP via Games Workshop)
- Symbaroum (Free League)
Savage Peaks is a pocket world nestled in the ice cold ether (and inspired by the open content project, Savage Dawn (LoreSmyth)). The pocket is an isolated, primal world isolated by harsh conditions yet empowered by celestial magic which also manifests as ether shards under Cruxhold Keep.
Escape is reserved for adventurers, few of whom ever return. The only successful ones have survived using protections afforded by rare ether shards. Even well sharded parties become lost regularly (or, at least, never return). Hence, the continuing rarity of shards in the civilization of Cruxhold Keep and its environs.
But... if adventurers can make it beyond Savage Peaks, they may find paths leading to gentler (cough cough) worlds such as... Faerun (WotC), Lost Lands (Frog God Games), Midgard (Kobold Games), Middenheim (WFRP/Games Workshop), Symbaroum (Free League), and Earthsea (Ursula LeGuin).
