Port Blacksilver

Situated on an archipelago near Skrolland, Port Blacksilver is a den of pirates and thieves. It is effectively its own micronation under the leadership of a democratically elected Pirate King. The current Pirate King is a Nuzonian gnome named Barzo Goldbeard. Despite being a pirate haven, Port Blacksilver has a few laws that are heavily enforced. Port Blacksilver is considered neutral ground, and all conflicts are left to the sea.
