General Summary

Astraday 23/05/2345 

Chasing Lunae 

• B’s armour is damaged from the fight and decides to remove it instead of having restricted movement, having his mage hand and George Forgeman assist him in doing so and then uses dragon hide to increase his AC
• Lunae is in a full sprint and K, and G remember that Lunae was perched casually on the wall, teasing C until everyone else arrived and didn’t take anything seriously until she was grappled and commanded then used the first opportunity to escape (history K 17, G 11, B 10)

Initiative order

4. Jazen – 12

Round 1 

• B can see Jazen about 50 feet ahead looking to his right before disappearing and reappearing but cannot see Lunae but knows that she is in Jazen’s field of view and dashes towards where he saw Jazen looking  (13 athletics) and catches up to Jazen, getting a better look at where he was looking and sees Lunae casting a spell on herself and duplicates of her appear (16 perception)
• B can tell that the closest Lunae figure to him seems to be illusory and yells out that one is fake (16 investigation)
• G is about 100 feet away from Lunae and sprints towards her using her full movement, transforming into her lunar form and goes to attack the closest Lunae figure hitting with a 27, flying at her with her claws out, phasing right through it, and it poofs away
• K is able to follow the speeding Dwarf wolf from the canopy above and follows (15 perception) and can see one of the Lunae forms but doesn’t know that Lunae has cast an illusory spell so flies down to attack, crashing to the ground and taking 3 damage (nat 1 survival) (int save 6)
• Jazen extends his arms, and 6 shadows dash out from his and into the forest towards Lunae’s forms
• The 3 remaining Lunae forms split off in different directions, G can tell then Lunae did something magic related (6 arcana)

Round 2 

• Jazen and B are enclosed in a giant dome of ice about 1 foot thick and B punches it hitting with 25 and deals 7 damage and swings again, whiffing but using the momentum (strength 20) is able to take another swing, hitting with 17 and dealing 5 damage, getting his fist through but gets the impression it needs another hit then bashes at it with his shield (strength 9), making a hole big enough for him to exit then tries to determine which Lunae is real and decides to try and intimidate Lunae with a scream (16 intimidation), the one going to the east seems to look over her shoulder a little while the others don’t react and he points and runs towards her
• G sees B pointing and runs towards her full speed (11 perception) and runs full tilt into an invisible prison that was summoned around her and takes 16 damage and uses Time Step (charisma save 16) and blinks out of existence
• K can see sun coming through the trees, smells the sea and sees a familiar Half Orc from Feathercrest Cove who says “Hey girl, what are you doing here in the middle of the forest” she says she could ask him the same thing he says she’s right by the cove and she says she shouldn’t be near the cove, she recognises him as Tynar Stormhand, a guide known for his knowledge of the Trails in Ebonreach Forest and for helping out the younger druids. K looks down at herself and asks what day it is, he gives her a date from before she left on her journey and she takes 4 psychic damage
• K, B and Jazen saw K crash to the ground and B and Jazen can see her hit with a spell and tripping balls, Jazen says Lunae wasn’t fighting at full strength and was just toying with them and he jumps, his shadows splitting off from his as he heads towards the Lunae B pointed to
• As he runs towards her, little shadow horrors spawn from her shadow, he snaps his fingers, and his shadows form around and hold her shadows at bay
• B kicks out his wings and flies over the shadows, casting Zaolu’s Edge and launches himself at her. She summons a shadowling from her hand, shoving it at him, he hits it with 25 and does 8 damage, sending it flying towards Jazen, Lunae being pushed 10 feet back as she summoned it
• G envisions where she wants to appear and as she flickers back into reality by where she had last been B, around her is in a 30-40 foot sepia tone bubble and time is standing still. She moves to position herself to be near Lunae, jogs over, sees what looks like a large glowing canine paw from behind the tree further in the forest and runs towards it (18 perception)
• G notices her footsteps make no sound as the leaves and twigs on the ground don’t seem to snap or crunch under her feet. She hops over a log and sees a giant wolf with glowing silver eyes that looks illusory, it yawns and turns towards her and tilts its head, she reaches out to touch it and it whips into a whirlwind and shifts into the form of Gwenzaline, still illusory and in the smallest form G has seen her in.
• Gwenzaline asks her what she was doing, G says she was curious and Gwenzaline says fair enough and tells her to walk with her, heading towards the team
• Gwenzaline says “So you finally used the ability I gave you? Also wanted to say, very proud of you in that last fight. What do you see that is happening here? Analyse” and gestures to their surroundings G says that there is a lot happening and Gwenzaline walks up to Lunae, looking down directly into her eyes, before looking to Jazen and then back to G and says “you can go after that one. You could probably catch her.” Then points to K and says “Things are going to go bad if they're not woken. Can you do both? It would be impressive, but unrealistic.” Then walks to Jazen, circling him twice saying “This one’s odd” Then walks to B, noticing wounds that have begun to heal over from the last battle and says “This one’s a fine warrior, if a little rash” then turns back to G, turning back into a wolf as she walks back deeper into the forest and G hears in her head “There is no wrong choice, but inaction is wrong” and sees the sepia bubble starting to retreat inwards around her and she runs to the spot she wanted to pop out in
• G runs to help K (13 intelligence) and can tell K is suffering from an augmented version of a spell that normally lasts a minute but that she can’t take much more of it and pulls out her Talisman of Dispelling , holding it to K sees a slight wave of energy dissipate from K and uses the rest of her movement to run towards Lunae
• K has been tucked into a bed roll and given a hot water bottle for her head by Tynar. G can see that she has covered herself in a blanket of moss and has rested her head upon a log. K is then pulled back to reality as G holds a talisman to her before zipping off. K stands up and moves to catch up with B and Jazen, and uses chill touch on the shadowling B hit, hitting with 22 and dealing 6 necrotic, killing it
• Jazen teleports to the group of shadow creatures, flipping his dagger over in his hand and runs behind them, swiping his blade along their backs which doesn’t seem to have much of an effect initially but green and red veins can be seen starting to snake their way through the inky blackness of the shadow creatures as Jazen’s shadows start to get the upper hand
• B can tell Lunae is about to summon something that will take a lot out of her and she’s making her last stand (arcana B 17, G 9) and a circle appears on the ground before her creating a void of pure blackness before golden appendages can be seen as the nightmare from the last fight that the other nightmare was seen to reach its hands into an absorb, climbs its way out

Round 3 

• B casts barkskin on himself and tells G to get Lunae and he’ll keep the nightmare omega busy, swings at it hitting with 18 and dealing 6 damage, hitting again with 21 and dealing another 6 and he feels a psychic pang in in his head, hearing the screams of what he assumes to be victims of Lunae and takes 10 damage then shoves it with his shield, trying to shove it away from G (strength 8 +8) and is able to move it away
• The nightmare omega swings at B hitting with a nat 20 and dealing 15 damage to B, knocking him unconscious and grappling him as he says “Don’t worry about me” to G
• G tries to pull B out of its hands but fails (12 vs 15 athletics) then slashes at it, hitting with 23 and dealing 13 damage, hitting again with 28 and dealing 13, tries to finish if off but fails (strength 9, rerolled with inspiration 24) Jazen finishes of the shadows, sees B in trouble throws his dagger to G and she hits again with 22 and sinks the dagger into it dealing 15 damage and finally downs it as Jazen pulls B from its gooey body
• K thinks Lunae is about to cast something but can’t identify it (8 arcana) then casts healing word on B, healing him for 4 and dashes towards Lunae. She notices that Lunae isn’t regarding her, and has quickly kneeled, touching both of her heels (arcana 11, perception 11) K uses halo of spores, Lunae fails her con save with nat 1, takes one damage, and makes her concentration on her spell with 28
• Lunae uses her full movement from the spell and bolts 120 feet away
• G sprints towards her. Lunae fires 4 bolts of eldritch blasts hitting with 3 (17, 14, 20, 27) and dealing 32 total damage and downs her
• It's obvious that Lunae is pushing herself beyond her limits with each spell she casts and is harming herself in the process
• Jazen Evaluates the situation, seeing everyone doing poorly and says "I can give chase. I can follow her blood. It's one of my abilities.” B tells him to track her down and Jazen takes his dagger, slashes his hand, a swarm of leeches pour forth from the wound and after a few seconds, form in a mass of roughly humanoid shape
• Jazen looks visibly weak, like it took a lot of his health to summon this creature. He takes his cloak and wraps it around the form and says “Collin, she's leaving a trail of blood. You know what to do." As he falls to his knees
• Collin shifts his shape to resemble G as she is the fastest thing it has seen and takes off in a sprint right as Jazen collapses

The Radiant Hall 

• M puts an arm around X and walks her inside
• Kael says he’s got to get Althea to her room and helps carry her down the hall
• Alya helps C inside and he thanks her, trying to play it cool but his clothes are covered in blood and dirt, and he keeps touching the back of his head and looking at his hand and Alya joins Kael in helping Althea
• C takes a seat in the corner of the war room, seemingly dissociating
• X breaks away from M, walking to the window, and puts her hands on the windowsill, looking up at the dark, clouded sky as a tear falls from her eyes and her hands clench into fists for a second before relaxing again
• M walks up beside her, gentle taking her hands and uses Prestidigitation to clean the nightmare gore from them.
• X closes her eyes and thanks M, turning her hands over to give M’s a gentle squeeze
• M puts Ember down on the windowsill, giving them a little scratch and stands by X in silence for a moment
• X bites her lip and turns to look at M, asking if all her fights are like this, M says this is the first time she’s ever been knocked down in one, X says "I'd rather be knocked out like this than other ways.” M says “I'd rather not be fighting, really. I’m more of a books girlie” X says “"For people as special us, it's almost impossible to avoid every fight.”
• X gives M’s hands another squeeze turns away from the window, she puts her hands behind her back and walks around the hall, noticing two crossed blades on a plaque and says “"Shame. Could have showed you a trick or two.” M says they could probably find some more somewhere, and X says that those were just the right size
• X says “You know, the last time I was in a fight... I’d rather not talk about that actually” M gives her an understanding nod
• M goes and grabs a couple of glasses of water, handing one to X who thanks her and the other to C who accepts it with a silent nod
• M hears the pitter patter of feet down the hall (11 perception) and has a peak around the corner, seeing a hand disappear around a corner
• M asks X if she’ll be ok if she goes to see what is going on, X says she will be that looks over to C saying, “If anything, I might avail this one of my services” and M she won’t be far and follows the footsteps down the hall. Noticing the hallway to the basement where she knows Shall Blackthorn is currently

Meeting the Girls 

• M wanders down into one of the guest rooms that the Radiant Hall has, walking in to see a bed, with one girl under the covers pretending to be a monster as the other girl walks in and says “ I couldn’t find a pillow, but I found this” and smacks her with a bag of grain, causing the first girl to exclaim in pain and say that’s not a pillow
• The don’t notice M who then knocks on the door causing them both to make surprised noises, the second girl throwing the bag of grain causing it to split open and spill as it hits the wall
• M asks if everything is ok and they say they’re fine, both standing with their hands behind their backs nervously
• M looks at them and at the grain on the floor, says “Don’t worry, I won’t tell” and bends down, starting to cast mending on the tear, both of them going wide eyed, commenting on how cool it is
• M asks, “You wouldn’t happen to be the two ladies that my rather large scaly friend rescued, would you?” One of them asks if she means Bruzrik, M nods and the both light up, a little flush coming over their cheeks, one of them saying “We flew!” The other says, “Stop it Ossandra!” Ossandra says “But it was so cool though! The coolest thing ever!” The other girls saying “She hasn’t seen as much magic as me”
• M looks at Ossandra and then to the other girls and says “I don’t believe Bruzrik told me your name, you’re Ossandra? What’s yours?” Ossandra nods and the other says, “I’m Natalie. Yeah, we were saved!”
• M says “Well, I have some good news for you” and reaches into her bag, pulling out the contracts, one of the girls asks if that means they’re free
• M says “I'm not sure. I'm not so good. legal stuff. I've had a quick look over them. I'm going to get in touch with a couple of people who will know better than me just to make sure that we can get everyone out of these contracts without any ramifications.”
• One of the girls says “Rami-what?” The other says, “She means without getting in trouble” The first girl saying “Why would something like that happen? Bruzrik already saved us”
• M says, “There are a lot of ways that people with a lot of power can twist the law to benefit them and harm whomever they please.” One of the girls says it doesn’t sound very fair, and M says it’s not. They ask why they’re even in charge in the first place, M says that is a whole can of worms to get into
• One of the girls looks at M and says, “So wait, we’re not in trouble?” M asks why they would be in trouble, and she says because they took the sack of grain from storage, M says they should probably get it back before anyone else notices
• Natalie says "Oh, okay. I'll do that. Sorry, miss." And runs over to scoop the remaining loose grain into the now repaired sack then calls over Ossandra to help as they both pick it up telling M they’ll be good as the go to walk back to the kitchen
• M asks if she could walk with them and they wait for her before walking towards the kitchen together
• M says “I was hoping to talk to you actually” they ask what about and M says “Well, the plan originally was that we were going to come here and try and get some from a certain Blackthorn” Natalie shivers and says “It’s weird that he’s here” M says “Believe me, I don’t like it either. Is there anything you would like me to ask, say or do, anything like that?” Ossandra says “I hope he goes to jail for the rest of his life” Natalie, who seems to be more afraid of him says “"I want you to send him to Nine Circles of Hell with your magic."
• M says “I mean, that's definitely where he's going to go when he dies. Just a question of when that is.” Ossandra says "Well, you uh we you do what you need to do. We're going to stay as far away as we can. At least where it's safe.” M says “Sounds more than reasonable. I just wanted to make sure that what you wanted to come of this was taken into account.” and takes both of their hands in hers saying “I'm sure it's nothing compared to what the two of you went through, but I got a taste of his appetites a few years ago and I’m sorry”
• Natalie starts weeping and Ossandra says “It’s ok” putting her hand around Natalie to comfort her just as X pops her head around the corner looking for M and seeing her with the girls and says “Oh, hello” and waves
• Natalie Continues to weep but Ossandra is immediately enamoured by X and says “Wow! Hi.” X waves a hand in front of her face as if trying to block the effect she is unintentionally having on Ossandra
• X puts an arm around Natalie and says “Dear, everything will be ok” in a very calming voice, obviously putting a lot of effort into attempting to soothe the girls without use of her powers
• Natalie hugs X and x says “Oh, there there” looking at M with a bit of a shrug who is also a little unsure of how to handle this situation
• X looks at Natalie and asks if she wants to go back to her bed, Natalie nods and X picks her up. Ossandra says she can take Natalie, but X says it’s fine and they all head back to the bedroom
• X puts Natalie down in the bed and Ossandra asks if she wants to play more but Natalie shakes her head
• M whistles for Ember to come to her and sets them down on the bed saying, “Why don’t you keep these two company for a little while” Ember chirps happily and then crawls under the covers and starts jumping up and down, the girls seemingly very amused by this
• M and X decide to leave them to it for the time being

Talking to Shall 

• M looks to X and says, “I won’t say I want to, but I need to go and talk to Shall” X asks if she wants some privacy and M says, “I would prefer company, if you feel alright to provide it?” X says “Oh, with a piece of trash like this. No worries. I've dealt with much worse, trust me.”
• M and X head down into the basement. Once they reach the bottom M notices C back at the top of the stairs looking down as he goes to shut the door behind them to give them privacy (21 perception)
• M takes a deep breath, puts on a brave face and walks into the room, seeing 3 cells in the room, Shall is in the one directly in front of them, seeing what looks like a dogs water dish in the cell with him as well as a plate with what looks like fish bones that have been picked clean and maybe even gnawed on
• In the back of the Shall is Shall with a manacle around one arm with a chain fixed to the wall, long enough to let him walk freely around the cell, his eyes darting all over the place in a crazed sort of manner. He hasn’t looked up to see them enter yet
• M drops her disguise self spell and walks up to the bars saying “Well, it’s been a while, hasn’t it” Looking into his eyes to see if there is any sense of recognition. Shall say “Time, time, time” looking up at M and continues “It’s been time, hasn’t it?” His eyes are bloodshot, and he grins at her leeringly, recognising her, but also more than a little out of his mind at this point
• M can tell that the effects of the last few hours have shaken him to his core, having B suddenly bursting into his room where he presumed he was safe and having the sanctity of that space violated, thinking he was going to be killed and deciding he wanted to be the one in control and attempting to kill himself but failing at that, then being knocked out and abducted, as well as whatever Kael may have done to him in the meantime. His psyche might be damaged but he is still in there and he definitely does recognise her and he’s trying to throw her off (22 insight)
• X goes into the next-door cell, grabbing the chair and bringing it out to M who takes a seat in front of Shall’s cell as X says she doesn’t need one and stand behind M with her arms crossed over her chest
• M says, “Quite an Adventure, last time we met, wasn’t it?” Shall says “I quite enjoyed it”
• M says, “Even the part where Aenara had a dagger to your throat?” he says “I do like excitement”
• M says “It’s almost a shame she couldn’t be there. I think you’d be in more trouble than me” Shall says “It seems you have new friend that fulfill that role”
• M says “Well, I'm just going to be straight with you. Had this whole thing planned. It's going to be dramatic and everything. But after everything that's just happened, I really don't fucking have time or space for that. So, I have questions. You have answers.”
• Shall looks over M’s shoulder and looks afraid for a moment, seemingly not at X but at something else and then looks back at M, seemingly unafraid of her.
• M tries to discern if he’s looking at something that they can’t see or if he’s seeing things and is pretty sure that it’s just in his head, but something is scaring him, but he looks at M with a sort of manic confidence (insight 15)
• M says “So here’s the deal” He replies “I love deals” M continues “You can play nice and answer our questions now, or we can wait until a certain Dragonborn friend of mine gets back with all the kitchen implements he would like to introduce you to” He says “Don’t tempt me with a good time” M says “I was worried you’d say that. Oh well, we do have our own ways of getting information out of you” and she glances up over her shoulder at X who looks surprised, placing a hand to her chest to point to herself as if asking for permission and To confirm that M is saying what she thinks she’s saying, M nods and X gives her something of a wicked grin and nods back
• M casts Detect Thoughts on Shall an immediately hears his thoughts about how hot X is, how he’d like to see her with her clothes off and all the things he’d like to do to her against her will before descending into darker and darker scenarios. M clenches her fist around her quill
• X walks up to the bars and attempts to charm Shall who resists with a wisdom save of 18. X looks surprised and like this doesn’t happen often.
• after standing there for a moment she reaches a hand through the bars to draw his attention to her and tries again, this time he fails with a wisdom save of 13 and suddenly his thoughts go from sexual and torturous to more polite thoughts about her and hears him think "Wow, she is just the most intriguing woman I've ever seen." But the trash beside her, though”
• As his turns to look back at him the torturous thoughts return, this time about her, interspersed with him occasionally thinking about how he hopes X isn’t mad at him
• M says “So, are you going to play nice? You don’t want to anger my friend here” he says, “I told you I’d play” and his thoughts shift to playing a game of cards with X as he looks at her with a smile
• M says, “I was told you were expecting a guest” and she’s flashes in his thoughts of his father talking to Zalthea, he envisions a shadowed man, one he hasn’t met yet so does not know his appearance
• X asks if she’s getting anything and M nods, then asks Shall “Do you know what your father and Zalthea spoke of when they met?” He says aloud "No, why would I know that? I don't care about that stuff." But in his mind M can clearly hear Zalthea saying “I have someone I want to introduce you to. I'll bring him by when I can.” Followed by Harren Blackthorn saying “This will be a great alliance for our noble house. This will do nothing but improve our stature. We will be able to hopefully oust the other noble houses here and in Ravenswood Bluff.”
• M is writing down everything she hears and sees as Shall starts blabbing nonsense, but his thoughts still appear coherent
• M says, “Those contracts any hidden nasties in them I should know about?” He starts growling and M gets a clear vision of what looks to be a master contract signed for the Blackthorn Estate and through Shall’s memory can see names magically being added as new contracts are signed. M says that’s what she was worried about
• M gets the sense that the master and individual contracts are kept separately and that they would need to be together for anything to happen like causing harm to those named in the contracts or to destroy the master contract, but she gets no impression of where it might be kept other than that fact that is kept in a room with wooden beams, a desk, bookshelves and no discernible windows, presumably an internal room or underground
• M says, “Where might find the master contract?” Shall tries to attempt to push the thoughts down so M can’t hear them, causing her to decide to push deeper and he fails his wisdom save with 12
• M sees the path to the master contract in Shall’s mind, down multiple flights of stairs and passing rooms along the way before getting to the main level, seeing gardens out to one direction as Shall opens a door, revealing a deep staircase that seems to go 3 or so flights straight down with no landings or rooms along the way before he reaches the bottom, and appears to be in a deep, cavernous sewer, reminding her of the tunnels under the well when they were fighting Shabs. Shall travels some distance through the tunnels touches some peculiar stones in a particular order and a door opens, revealing a small armoury, enough seating for around 10 people, a big desk and everything she saw before when she first saw the master contract in his memories. M writes this all down
• As the Detect Thoughts fades M quickly tries to look and see if there is anything in him that could be redeemed, and can’t find anything, seeing that if he was if he was set on a path and he had promised to do well, he'd be lying through his teeth. If they were to give him a chance to go somewhere else, start over, he would do the exact same thing once he felt secure enough. He would play whatever role he needed to get back into power or some semblance of control over at least one other person and do it all over again.

Outside The Radiant Hall 

• K casts Aura of Vitality bringing everyone up to close to full as they walk back towards The Radiant Hall
• George Forgeman is working on repairing B’s armour as they walk back

The Radiant Hall 

• M gets up and tells X that she will be back in a bit and heads upstairs, she says “I’ll watch this creep”
• M gets to the top of the stairs where she meets C who asks her what’s going on, she says she was looking for the keys and her tells her to stay there and runs off, returning a bit later with Alya who hands the keys over to M and asks “You’re not going to kill him are you?” M doesn’t answer, Alya looks fiercely at her and says, “You know, I can't rightly abide by that, but I won't stop you.” as C slowly closes the door.
• M can hear light arguing as she descends the stairs
• M walks up so the cell, unlocking it and walking in and gesturing for Shall to approach. X draws her claws out again and waits to see what M is going to do
• Shall lurches unevenly towards her and M says, “You know, earlier I said it was a shame that Aenara couldn’t be here, but I at least have the dagger she gave me” Draws her blade a slits Shall’s throat
• Feeling a panic attack brimming, M puts the dagger away and makes her way upstairs without a word and oblivious to her surroundings (perception 9)
• M walks towards the river, seeing a figure in green and gold armour walking towards The Radiant Hall who she pays no mind to (21 perception)
• M finds a shaded spot under a tree, sitting down as the panic attack hits
• The rest of the group come up to the outside of The Radiant Hall and see C shouting after M
• B can get a vague sense of where M went (12 perception) and goes to follow after her, K and G follow also
• As they’re walking, they see the same armour-clad individual M saw earlier, munching on bread with a cloak made of woven vines and leaves
• K gets a sense of familiar fey like energy from the cape (15 investigation) G gets a very familiar vibe from the person (18 investigation) and B doesn’t notice much (11 investigation)
• Once the figure notices there are other people in the path, he stops, but later than one would expect one to stop in front of a group, looking at the group and saying “Oh, hi guys! Gwinri, I made it!” and takes his helmet off, revealing that he is Alastros. He continues “You don’t realise how many wrong turns I made, I was supposed to be here this morning. I actually asked this lovely girl for directions and yeah, seems it led me to the right place. You guys don't look so good. Do you guys want some bread?”
• B grunts and keeps walking past him and K says, “Don’t mind him, he’s kind of an asshole when he’s hurt” Alastros replies “Ah, someone speaks to me. Excellent. Do you want some bread, friend?” K says she wouldn’t mind some and he reaches into his pack which is just filled with loaves of bread and hands a whole loaf to K and says “I'm full but I can't stop. It's so good.” K takes a loaf with a slight bow and says, “Thank you, I’m Kree” Alastros says “alastros, or you can just call me Alice” K says it’s a pleasure to meet him
• Alastros puts his hand on his hips and says “So, we meet in the flesh! Hand any visions from the boss lady lately?” G says she has and Alastros says “the first time I got my portal ability, every time I was using it, she kept talking in my ear, telling me like, why aren't you doing this? Why aren't you doing that? Why did you make that decision? Oh, wow. I can't believe that worked. You know?” G says she can relate
• He starts unfastening his armour, letting the pieces fall to the ground until his top half is just his clothes and goes into werewolf form saying, “She give you this yet?” G says she hasn’t, and he seems surprised before going back to his regular humanoid form, then looks down at his now shredded shirt and says, “Oh shit, now this is gonna not be as comfy” and starts putting his armour back on
• He puts his hands on his hips and says he got here just in time, G says it would have been great if he was there just a little earlier

By The River 

• B walks up to M, seeing her sitting under a tree by the river in the depths of a panic attack, blood all over her hands and splattered on her front
• B puts 2 and 2 together, coming up beside her and placing his hand gently on her shoulder, giving he a reassuring squeeze but startling her in the process, causing her to leap up and away from him
• B looks at her and says, “I take it our guest is no longer with us?” M doesn’t reply, just looks at him with tears streaking down her face
• B reaches into his pack and pulls out an old shirt, tearing it into strips and goes to crouch down and start wiping the blood of M’s hands but M pulls away, not letting him touch her
• K walks up, seeing that last bit of that interaction, walks over, tearing off a small piece of bread and holding it out to her saying “It’s going to be ok, everything’s going to be fine”
• M is still deep in a panic attack and unable to calm herself down (wisdom save 13)
