Genevieve’s Inn  

Dining Room 

• Lili asks X if she runs the baths and X says "Well, yes, that is the
• establishment I run.” Lili says “I would very much like to go back there at some point. The drink I had was weird and I wanted to ask, Garrin was hit name, right? I wanted to talk to him about the drinks more cuz there Why was there a fish? I don't know. Um he seems really nice though. Like we chatted for a bit, but there was this weird guy there when I went to talk to him and...” X puts a hand on her and says, “You said you had a funny drink? because that does not stand in my establishment.” and her eyes flick over to G
•  Lili says the drink was fine, but she just wanted to know about the magical fish that tasted like pineapple X says they will sort this out
• Lili says “Okay. I mean, I know that cuz it tasted funny later, but I know that wasn't that wasn't Garrin, that was because like Master Shall and then I saw the bottle on the table and he like told me to drink it and it then it tasted funny. But that I know that wasn't Garrin.”
• Jazen says “Don’t call him master please” Lili apologises and he says “Thank you”
•  Lili then says “But yeah, that wasn't Garrin's fault. Garrin was fine. I just I have so many questions about the magical fish. That was all. But yeah, there was that weird guy. He was like, I don't know what it was about him, like he looked just like a normal Human guy, but he just had this weird kind of icky feeling around him. And he was he was talking to Garrin about a Minotaur friend he was trying to find. And so, I was like, "Oh, that sounds like Miss Zalthea." And then he seemed like really interested in that, and he asked me about how I knew her, and I said that I hadn't seen her in like a week and he kind of looked at me and then he left.”
• The rest of the group are able to piece together that Lili probably had a run in with Nekros and when asked further she does a little minor illusion of the person she saw
• M and G recognise the person Lili is talking about as Nekros and in the image Lili shows are bright green, unsure if the brightness is just the nature of the magic or if it’s true to life but see what could be a faint sliver of gold (G & M nat 20 history, B 18, K 8)
• M says, “So he was at the baths then?” V steps up and looks at the illusion, studying the face and says, “So this is out man?” M says yes, J is looking away from all of this
• M makes a minor illusion of Lunae and says, “this is his accomplice” V also studies her and says, “I swear I had maybe seen this image woman before” (10 history) M says, “This is the woman who took your daughter” and he furrows his brow
• Lili steps up and says, “So we think the Blackthorns are involved?” Jazen says I mean, if they weren't involved with this guy then, they might as well be now. They're basically on the same side whether they know it or not.”
• Lili says “I was like I was there for like a week and I mean I didn't really, I'm not like the most observant person, but maybe. I know the last day I was there; they brought all the servants up cuz they were preparing. They said they were preparing for someone important to come and stay with them. and gave a whole bunch of tasks.”
• Lili says “Well, I mean, I think I think I could help if you cuz you said that Kelson at the Jelly Jack had the name, right?” M says “Yeah, that is what Todd said, that his brother was the one who booked things again” Lili says “Well, I mean, I'm like pretty good at getting information from people. I could go, you know,
• see if I can convince him to tell me what's going on.”
• Jazen says, “She is very good at convincing people” Then looks at B and says, “it sounds like the two of us cleared out more than a dozen or half dozen of the Blackthorns today, right?” B says that sounds about right and Jazen adds “So, we're not their favourite people. I think if they're going to follow anyone, it would be specifically us. So, I don't mind causing a distraction, if need be, to lure some guards just away from where we need to go. That would let Lili get to the jackalope and allow you guys to go to your paladin friends, right?”
• M asks J if he would like to join them and says “If you were looking to help, they're a good place for that” B says if that’s the case then he should probably go with Jazen so he doesn’t also get followed and the find were Shall Blackthorn is, J says that he will cause a distraction so that B can get there without being following
• M says she was going to see if she could quickly to get to Korbus’ realm with The Elixir of Deep Slumber so that would give them an hour to figure out what they want to do
• J says, “Why don’t I see if I can go find the old man?” M says that sounds like a good plan M puts the stack of fliers on the table she and G worked on for free self-defence lessons and volunteer community watch and says if anyone's going to be around town could they post some about, perhaps at The Raven’s Roost and The Ravenswood Arena of Valor
• S offers to hand some out and J also takes a handful, and V says that he will watch S so she’s not alone
• M turns to Lili and says "If you're going to go talk to Kelsin, he's a piece of shit just be mindful of that but also in his office, we found a little hidden ladder that leads down. And I'm not saying go down there. I don't know what's down there, but that is something that's in his office. There didn't really seem to be anything else. he may be back by the time that you get there. and if you see Todd, tell him to drink some fucking water.” Lili nods
• Lili walks up to B and taps him on the shoulder and he kneels down to be at eye level with her and she leans in and says “Sorry if this is like rude, but I just I noticed that you like seem really tense and I just wanted to say that I like give really good massages. So, if you ever want to like if you need help relaxing then I can do that” and walks away. Jazen sees this and groans
• B looks confused and unsettled because he’s not good at telling the ages of non-reptilian folk and Lili seems quite childlike to him and it seemed like she was hitting on him. As he’s stares at the floorboards he says, “That child just hit on me” and V says “I’m sorry to say my friend, she did”
• Lili says "Should I go, I can go do that now if that's okay. I'll take Rebecca back to the stock pot is that okay?” Jazen nods and she steps up to him and says, “Kiss for good luck?” He responds with a gesture, pointing to himself and then Lili to ask if she means the two of them, she says nothing and steps right up to him. He does a facetious groan, smiles and kisses her on the cheek. She looks unamused and says “No, a proper one!” He seems almost a little embarrassed at the request and Lili grabs his face and kisses him and calls to Rebecca to leave who says goodbye to kitty Kree
• B is left even more confused, and V says, “I don't know how to explain this.”
• Lili, J, S and V all head out to go do the tasks given and M turns to X and says, “Would you mind helping me move my things to my new room?” X tilts her head and smiles, flicking her hair over her shoulder and twirling it with her finger and says “Of course!”
• M erases the conspiracy board and takes the contracts, putting them into her bag and leaves them with the map and dowsing crystals
• M says, “Just don’t leave without me” and her and X head out of the room
• Jazen orders another drink and tips Norman a gold coin then turns to the rest and says, “So you guys gotta get to this hall, right?” Jazen looks at J and says, “How many of these Blackthorns have seen your face?” G tries to recall if any of them have seen her face and B says other than the 5 who were pretending to be guards and only one of them is still alive and he is not a concern at this point
• Jazen says "Okay, okay. Well, while your friend is out for the next hour, we could scout. Do you think that the exit you were trying to go through would have drawn some attention? Do you think we should try another exit?” B says that he did kill a lot of people.
• Jazen nods and says One of my familiars takes time to reform, but there's enough of him to definitely cause panic, even amongst some of the lower willed guards, I'd say. So, I can bring him out, put him back, and then I'm pretty good with teleporting. I have enough mana to, you know, keep me going.”
• B says “Well, if you want to head to that gate anyways, since there will probably be a concentration of them there, you can get their attention there and then lead them to the other side of town.”
• Jazen studies the map and says “o we
• could probably hunker here for 30 minutes or so and then I can head out. trying to think what's the best way I could signal you guys, do you guys have um Oh, what are they called in your world? um uh talking stones or something or like a spell that we can talk over distances or something.”
• Jazen says “Why not then? How about 10 minutes before your friend's supposed to get up? I'll head out and I'll make sure I pull as many of these Blackthorns as I can without killing them. The guards are innocent, right? Not sure?” B says, “Probably not” But the group do recall that Harren Blackthorn said that the old guard uniforms had been stolen and it’s unclear if there is actually a connection with Nekros or if it was just his mean masquerading at Blackthorn guards
• Jazen gets serious and says "With my powers, I I only get in fights if they're serious because when I get into a fight, one side dies, and the other doesn't. and so far, it's been the other guy. But that's not going to be today. So, all right. What do we do in the next 45 minutes?"
• B takes a pencil and paper to have Geroge Forgeman transcribe the runes he found on the person he killed earlier
• The group return downstairs, Jazen goes back to his table, and K and G get a drink

Micarafae’s Room 

• M walks into her room and starts picking things up, dusting the soot off things as she goes with the awkward silence of wanting to talk about something but not knowing how to start
• X picks up on it (20 insight) and says "Darling, are you okay? Is there something bothering you?" M says “Well, remember when we were talking to Lilinara and then I said that there was something I wanted to talk to you about?” X nods and bends to pick something up off the ground
• M says “Yeah, so things are fucking complicated right now. It's a bit of an awkward time to be learning things about yourself.” X says I don't think there is such a thing as an awkward time to learn something about yourself.”
• M says “I'd rather it not be, you know, in the middle of all of this bullshit” and X says “Actually, I can think of a time that would be awkward if you fell in love with the person who was about to kill you. It's a little awkward. Sorry, continue” and looks back to M
• M asks, “Why do you say that?” (insight 9 & persuasion 29) X looks pained for a second as a memory hits her before blinking it away and says "I've led a glamorous and not so glamorous life. I was someone else before, far across the ocean, but I'm no longer her. That's no longer my life. I left the world of sand behind. I don't ever want to see a desert again to be honest."
• M gives her a nod of understanding and says “It’s funny you say that” X asks why and M says “I think the thing I have been learning about myself recently is, well I'm still I'm still trying to figure out the details, but you know, I spent so long not understanding what people were talking about when they talked about having feelings for someone and I for a long time thought I was broken. And then recently I started experiencing some unfamiliar feelings and well I think maybe I'm not broken. Maybe I just didn't see the part of myself that was capable of those feelings. I didn't know she was there or what she liked.”
• X gives her a knowing smile and says “And?” M replies “Well, it seems I like women” X makes eye contact with M, putting down what she’s holding and clasping her hands together, saying “"Oh, darling, really?" M says she thinks so and X continues “There’s no shame in liking both, just saying. But I am delighted to hear what you just said”
• M says “that's where it's get it gets complicated cuz I thought, you know, that explained so much and I thought, you know, I finally found the role and was just beginning to understand it and then immediately got kicked in the face by the exception to that rule.” X says, “You do live a very interesting life, since I’ve known you” M says, “And the exception to that rule is currently trapped in Korbus' realm.”
• X says “Well, it wouldn't be nice of me to say that maybe he could spend a little more time, but let’s save your boy and we can talk about this” looking at M with a smile and a slight twinkle in her eye
• M sighs and says “but the thing you said about falling in love with someone who's about to kill you. I think I have had feelings to someone before.” X asks, “True ones?” M says “I think so. But I didn't and couldn't let myself feel them at the time. That would have been very complicated cuz she's kind of my ex-husband's
• bodyguard and also his assassin and the one who will be tasked with taking care of me.”
• X says “Okay, remember when I said you led an extravagant life or whatever I said, but uh you always have to throw a wrench into the mix, don't you?” M says “Yeah, I wish I would stop doing that.”
• X says “Okay, well, let's get these things to your new room. We'll cuddle up and we'll see if you can rescue a handsome Elf. if you're lucky, maybe I'll tell you a tale to help you sleep.” M nods and reaches with a very shaky hand to takes hers and X gives her a smile as they finishing moving the last of her things between the rooms
• X gets a wicked look in her eye, holding M’s hand in her left hand and pushes the door closed with her right as she twirls a surprised and slightly reluctant M, dipping her (nat 1 dex save with disadvantage) M staring up at her with a look that says “I don’t know how to deal with this” and X lets go of her hand, booping her on the nose and saying “It’s time for bed Sweetheart” Looking giddy and rather pleased with herself
• M gets into bed and pats for Ember to join her and they jump up, cuddling her as she asks them if they want to help her get to Korbus, they chirp and spread their wings over M as she tries to talk herself up in her head in the hopes that it will give her the extra boost she needs and feels a gentle kiss on her forehead as she falls asleep (Charisma 17 + 1)

Common Area 

• B checks on George’s progress on the runes, upon staring at it for a bit he is able to see what looks like the shape of a snake and George tells him that he would be able to put the rune onto something but that it would require special materials and precise work to do and that he would have to either power it at the time of forging or power it with his own magic reserves when he used it
• George says he can’t say with 100% certainty, but he believes it might be an invisibility rune, but he would need more time to confirm

Micarafae’s Room 

• M wakes up an hour later in the arms of X, and hears her talking to her, her voice muffled at first as M comes to consciousness but does hear her say “and then I married the pharaoh. You think that would be the happy part of the story. Oh, you're awake.”
• M says, “In my experience, marriage is never the happy part” X says “No, don’t marry a pharaoh” and M responds “Or a Lord”
• M casts disguise self

Common area 

• M and X join the others, and Jazen asks if she had a good sleep, M says, “The sleep part was fine, that wasn’t the issue” and everyone notices that Alaric isn’t there and M looks a little defeated
• B puts a hand on M’s shoulder and gives it a gentle squeeze
• M says “All right. So, what's the plan? Well, do you guys mind in my absence to organize anything?” Jazen says “Yep. I'm going to go to the exit that you guys are going to. I'm gonna go to the other exit that you guys might be using and I'm just gonna cause a big distraction and they're gonna follow me and then I'm gonna shadow teleport try to make my way back to you guys.” M asks if he’ll meet them at The Radiant Hall and he gives a thumbs up
• M says, “After You” and Jazen swirls his cloak of twilight swirls around him as he says “Give me five minutes and then head out”
• M goes to get a glass of water
• X walks over to G and leans over to say, “Ready to go?” G says yes and holds out her arm and happily links her arm around G’s
• M sees this and decides to get in on it, walking to G’s other side and taking her other arm
• B quickly heads into the kitchen, seeing Giuseppe in there and starts looking around for forks and knives
• M sees this and quickly excuses herself, following him and peaking her arm around to see B pocketing various stabby kitchen implements and she asks what he’s doing he says he’s getting ready
• Giuseppe asks if he needs them and M says he doesn’t and glares at be saying “At least let me first” B says “Oh, you’ll have your time” and M responds “First”
• Giuseppe asks if he can at least leave some gold, B pulls out 1 gold and hands it to him, M pulls out two and places it down on the counter
• Giuseppe shuts up and goes to the back, coming back with a bottle of wine and offers it to B, which he takes
• M maintains eye contact the whole time, waiting for B to acknowledge what she said, he says “You may speak with him first, but once you've had your time, he's mine.”
• The group hear some commotion from outside, followed by Jazen laughing and shouting “Come and get me nerds”

Ravenswood 

• M says that’s their cue and links arms with G again and everyone heads out seeing the mess left in Jazen’s wake as well as people harvesting what little remains of the Shabs and a few slightly injured guards
• Walking out of town the group see a few guards at the gate cleaning up blood as well as what looks to be a carpenter assessing structural damage. M casts Pass Without a Trace allowing them to pass through unnoticed as they manage to look like they’re supposed to be there and X distracts the guards, so they don’t see B (stealth M 32, B 13, K 30, G 12, X 25)
• The group see dark storm looming on the horizon, looking like it’s quickly approaching B and M being pretty sure it’s a natural storm but not 100% sure (M history 18, perception 7, B history 14, perception 10, G perception 5, history 10, K perception 13, history 12)
• M nudges K and says, “you know nature shit and I’m suspicious of everything at the moment” K has a closer look and figures they probably have about 20 minutes until it hits, but it seems natural (19 nature)

The Radiant Hall 

• As they approach The Radiant Hall everyone hears the thudding step of a large creature M, G and K hear a sickening snap and thanks to superior dark vision M can see far enough under the darkness of the clouds to see Althea flung from the training area, hearing a snap as she slumps down onto the ground (perception B 10, M, K & G nat 20)
• M also sees Lunae perched on top of the wall of the training area with a hand outstretched as she is concentrating on a spell seemingly directed at Corvin, conscious but unmoving below her
• Near Corvin is a thin, roughly 8-foot, pale skinned humanoid looking creature with an elongated neck and limbs giving it a slightly uncanny appearance wearing what look to be monk robes and loose pants, pointed sandals and a crown that sits atop it’s vibrant red hair, it’s eyes the same colour as she sees it looking its hands as Kael runs up to it and it punches him twice, sending him flying back and impaling him on a tree a little ways from the group
• M fills the group in on what she sees, tells K to go to Althea since she has ranged healing and B to go to Kael as he has touched based healing so they should both be able to get them up in quick succession as well as alerting them to Lnuae and the nightmare creature
• M casts detect thoughts, G transforms
• Another creature that looks like the nightmare conduits they have seen before if a swarm of them was crawling over each other and they were covered by a sheet with little eyes and mouths popping up in various places over its form before disappearing again with tears forming over its body, oozing gold ichor.
• The nightmare creature plunges its hands into the nightmare conduit creature that screams as it falls apart into the dead, scattered bodies of multiple nightmare creatures before all disapparating

Round 1 

• B runs to Kael and pulls him from the tree and uses lay on hands for 15 hit points (7 medicine) Kael says, “Thank the gods, there’s a monster here” and B leans him against a tree, telling him to rest easy then uses the rest of his movement to get closer to the nightmare
• K runs forward and casts healing word on Althea for 7 hit points and K then summons her imp, coalescing in a cloud of spores before looking up at her and saying “Ah, you must be Kree, took you long enough to summon me." K says “Sorry, we’ve been a little busy” The imp says “Jeez, you get a gift, you don't even use it right away. And uh what the hell is that thing?” K says “No, I got to make sure I'm using it at the right time, though.” the imp replies “Yeah, yeah, yeah, but it's a one-time thing. I mean, if I die, then you'll have to re summon me. But like, I'm Oh, jeez. What's going on?” K says “Um, so welcome to the world.” the imp replies “thank you. I was just born. I'm really happy you can fly. Did I say that? They didn't tell me you had wings.” then K says “Oh, yes. Yes. Um flight is very, very good for the two of us. Uh that thing over there is not good. We need to kill that thing. Uh so let's work together and get that done. Yeah.” The imp says “Hell yeah! Let’s go!” K asks what their name is and they say “I don’t have one, figure that shit out later”
• K can see Althea has two crater like impacts in her armour and a crack around the neck like something had grabbed her by the neck and squeezed. She is alive and conscious but can’t move on her own due to the state of her armour (22 perception)
• The nightmare grapples K reducing her armour by 1 (strength save 8)
• M runs up and casts antagonise on Lunae who makes her wisdom save with 20 and takes 5 psychic damage maintains concentration with a 10 con save. M gives bardic inspiration to B
• The creature tosses K 30 feet towards G who catches K with a 17 dex save and splits the damage K 7 and G 8 damage (17 strength save)
• The nightmare moves towards M striking and missing with 12 then striking again with 18, dealing 23 damage (20 con save) M uses hellish rebuke, it saves on its dex with 23 and takes 8 fire damage she maintains concentration nat 20 con save
• The golden ichor of the nightmares body starts to glow
• Ember assumes aria guard form and swipes at the nightmare, missing with 9
• Althea is unable to move
• G runs up to the nightmare and swipes with her claws hitting with 19 and it deflects taking no damage, cutting off its hand which regrows by the time she swings again hitting with a nat 20 and dealing 25 damage then uses portal fang and appears by Althea hearing a faint whisper telling her to be careful
• The nightmare points at B and shoots out a spark of electricity, he takes 4 damage and is restrained ( dex save 2)
• Alya appears from the forest
• Lunae fires an eldritch blast at C missing with the first 14, hitting with 24 and dealing 8 damage then missing with the third with 14
• M hears Lunae thinking “Corvin your use is now done”
• Kael gets up and moves next to B

Round 2  

• B uses unstoppable tilt and charges at the nightmare it fails its strength save with 9 getting smashed into the wall and dealing 8 bludgeoning damage, the nightmare smiles at him and says, “well aren’t you a fun one?”
• K flies up and asks B how he’s doing, he says he’s fine, M says she’s not doing so good and K then casts flaming sphere by the nightmare, it saves with 18 and takes 5 damage
• The imp moves forwards and uses venomous sting on the nightmare hitting with 21 and dealing 6 damage and it saves with 21 con avoiding poison
• The nightmare creature’s form shifts into a slimmer figure with an ample bosom, its hair grows, and its voice appears more feminine
• M uses vicious mockery, Lunae fails her wisdom save with 6 takes 4 damage and has disadvantage on her next attack and she maintains concentration with a 17 con save
• The nightmare heals for 10 and attempts to tearing strike on B missing both strikes with 10 and 6
• Althea can’t move
• Ember stays by M
• Corvin remains restrained
• X runs up to the nightmare and uses alluring gaze it fails is wisdom save with 14 and should be charmed
• G tries to see if she can help Althea but Althea tells her to go and kill that thing and that it heals itself, G runs up to the nightmare and swipes at it 23 and dealing 14 slashing damage swiping again and hitting with 17 dealing another 17 damage then uses action surge hitting with 26 and dealing 14 hitting again with 20 and doing 13 then uses enlarge form
• The nightmare heals itself 24 hp walks towards M and goes to grab her she fails str save with 15 then uses Korbus’ grace to dodge out of the way and sticks her tongue out at it mockingly, it blows a kiss in return and says “I just want to play, why won’t you let me?”
• Alya closes with Corvin
• Lunae uses eldritch blast on C, missing with a 14, 14 and hitting with a 23 dealing 8 damage and knocking him out and Lunae stands up
• Kael swings at the nightmare twice, missing both times with two 5s

Round 3 

• B casts Zaolu’s edge then uses Clawshot Sigil on Lunae, failing her strength save with 5 and is pulled towards B then slashes at Lunae dealing 10 damage
• M hears Lunae panic in her thoughts
• Nightmare tries to grapple Kael but fails
• K moves the flaming sphere between Lunae and the nightmare both saving with a 15 and a nat 20 and take 4 damage each. K then stabs with her trident missing with 11
• Imp moves to her right and uses shadow claws missing with 9
• Nightmare tries to grab K she fails with 7 str throwing her into her imp and towards Althea dealing 22 damage and the imp takes 20 causing it to disappear and Althea takes 38 damage downing her
• K maintains concentration (con save 19)
• M casts command on Lunae telling her to kneel, she fails her wis save and is commanded M then stabs the nightmare with her dagger hitting with 22 and dealing 4 halved to 2 as it is non-magical
• The nightmare reaches out to grab B who saves with nat 20
• The nightmare regains 10 hp before reaching out to punch M, hitting with 19, M saves on her con save with 17 and dealing 19 damage. M casts Hellish rebuke at level 3 before falling unconscious, it succeeds the dex save with 18 and takes 11 fire damage then swings at B hitting with a nat 20, B saves on his con save with 18 and the nightmare deals 54 damage, downing him instantly
• Althea succeeds on her death saving throw with 19
• As M goes down Phoenix’s Resilience activates bringing her back up with 5 hp and dealing 5 halved to 3 fire damage to the nightmare that succeeds on its dex save
• Ember changes into their Crescendo Striker form and uses resonant pulse hitting the nightmare and Lunae, both failing their con saves with 8 and a nat one and take 12 thunder damage each then uses sonic dash, moving 30 feet past the nightmare, which makes its dex save with 21 negating the damage
• C succeeds on his death saving throw with 19
• X runs up to B and pours a healing potion in his mouth, healing him for 9 points
• G runs up to the nightmare and claws at it, hitting with 17 and dealing 14 damage before striking again with 28 and dealing 19 damage
• The nightmare tries to grab G, but it isn’t able to overpower her (nat 20 str save)
• Alya uses Shield of the Martyr on C healing him for 11 then shoots fire at Lunae who fails her saving throw with 11 and deals 11 damage
• Kael swipes at the nightmare, hitting with 17 and dealing 1 damage

Round 4 

• B stands up and X says, “Go get ‘em tiger” and B swings at Lunae twice, hitting with 19 and 20 and dealing 14 and 12 damage
• K moves the flaming sphere towards the nightmare which makes its dex save and takes 3 damage, Lunae taking 7 attempts to stabilise Althea, succeeding with a 21 medicine check then moves behind a tree
• The nightmare grabs M who fails her str save with 4 and dealing 27 damage to her, downing her and throws her into B who fails his dex save with 6 and they are both thrown through the inner and outer walls of the training yard, dealing 15 damage and downing him as well
• M succeeds on her death save with 13
• The nightmare swings at G, hitting with 22 and G fails her con save with 15, dealing 18 damage to her and flinging her 30 feet into the forest before swiping at Kael and missing with 7
• Althea is stable but unconscious
• C uses grasp of shadows on the nightmare dealing 7 damage
• X swings at the nightmare with her claws, hitting with 18 and deals 19 damage, reaching into its chest, tearing it in two and hacking it into bit in sheer frustration, killing it before running towards Lunae
• G runs up to Lunae, hitting her with 19 and dealing 17 damage before hitting again with 23 and dealing another 15
• Alya runs towards B and M and does a prayer for B, healing him for 5 hp and M for 12
• Lunae spends her turn standing up
• Kael runs in, triggering Lunae’s ability to teleport and she vanishes from sigh

Post Combat 

• B and M try to see where she went but are still coming to after being knocked out (nat 1 perception) but K is able to see what direction she went in, M casts Auspicious Warning to aid her and she calls out to the group that she has gone into the forest to the right (17 perception + 3)
• Jazen runs up out of breath and says “I shook like 25 guards. I may have killed 3. I'm not sure. I didn't check.” Then looks up to see the group and the dead nightmare creature and says, "What the hell happened to you guys?" And jogs up to the group and adds “I actually got word from Nara”
• M says “Are we just letting Lunae get away? Because I don’t think we have time to talk” Jazen asks which way and K points him the right direction, and before he leaves, he says “Nara found sewers. Kelsin's room. Monsters like scary shadow things in the sewers.” and then teleports away into a shadow
• B uses lay on hands on himself, healing 13 hp then takes of running, seeing that Jazen has been leaving slashes on trees he goes past so they can follow
• M goes to start running, looking back over her shoulder to see who’s following
• Alya goes to tend to C and Kael goes to help Althea up
• X looks shaken and falls to her knees, looking up at G and saying “I don’t think I can continue” as looks at her hands and arms that are coated in gold and red blood
• G returns to her normal size, places a hand on X’s shoulder and asks if she would like to go inside
• M sees this as she looks back and decides to move towards them
• Kael Walks past holding Althea over his shoulder and says, “My lady, come with us” and G sees a single tear fall from X’s eye as she gets up and goes to help Kael with Althea saying she will stay
• K asks K and G to follow B and says she will stay
• K says, “I’ll go catch up with the lizard and make sure he doesn’t do anything to rash” then says to M “You don’t do anything too rash ok?” M tells her to just go and she takes flight, following from above
• G gives a nod to M and goes into a full sprint after them
• M picks up Ember and wraps her arm around X then heads inside
