The Path of Crystaline Perfection

This is the overarching and original name for all religions and beliefs for the giant crystalline structures found under The Giant's Spine. When the first structures were found many Lasankri believed they found their gods and forefathers, who found their eternal resting place there. With continuing underground expansion more and more giant formations, were found, often of different types. Each place was immediately placed under divine protection, but the place and former purpose of each subsequent crystal was harshly disputed. It lead to many conflicts in the mountains and divided the Mountainbound societies. Today three versions compete more or less in the different communes and cities.

Over the Age of Gathering these three main beliefs competed for the minds and hearts of the Mountainbound and still do. There were more in the beginning, but they did not differ much from the three that reign today. For a few hundred years they split the region in three parts and the heart of worship of these religions is still found in its respective part.
