The forgotten forest

Also known as the lost forest.Is a large forest that stretches from the Stonelands (surrounding Guardsholm and in betweenWun Wun and Isenhold) and Sprinkling lands (The Eastwoods school for Boysis located on the outskirts of the Forgotten/Lost Forest and some of the schools land goes into the Forrest). The forest is a very ancient and mysterious place,the origins of the forest are unknown however their are multiple theory's on its beginnings. One of the most Popular theories is that the forest was much lager, covering most of the east and was the home of the Elves and meny other mythical creatures. However this first change as they encountered humans for the first time (the proto-members of House Moor) this led to a war between the Humans and the Elves leading to the Elves losing the war and the Elven race becoming extinct, in turn many of the mythical creatures retreated further into the forest as the humans began to rapidly cut down the forest leading to only a fraction of the forest remaining. their is also a popular Stonian belief that the forest was not always so malicious towards man even after the Elven Human war. The creatures of the forests started to gain their hatered of the human race though the convincing of Baba Yaga, a Stonian mythological figure that was the one who help create Czarnobog (the Stonian version and interpratation of the Nightman from Legenda o dwa Braczach) who escaped the colapse of the Mrozy (sapouse to be an accent on the o)  empire and Followed the Stones to the new contenet, making her home deep inside the forest. The Stones also belive that its through Baba Yaga's influance that the forest has such an mystical elemnt, by having locations and places in the forest disapere and reapeir in different loctations in the forest. It is also said that time dosenot work the same as it dose outside of the forrest. This led to 4,000 skala (acsent on the l) warriors were lost to the forrest during the Great Skala's raid into the south.However the local Stoneian's have marked a singelar path going from one end of the forest to the other (going through Guardsholm), this path has little stones going from ethir side of it and each stone has an old Stoneian (slavic symbol the hands of god) carved into them to protect from the melichious creatures.
