Family names

There are many different family names. One common one is "Brandyhook", such as Grand Mage Brandyhook. The names tend to stick to these naming styles, two words like "Honeystone" or "Bearstealer".

Culture

Average technological level

They are supposed to be far more technologically advanced than there Pentosi cousins.

Coming of Age Rites

Any male who has come of age is taken to the local brewery by the local townsmen of the village, and often a father and any uncles.

Funerary and Memorial customs

Dead people are cremated almost immediately after death, funerals are after the cremation. Poems and literature is often read at eastern funerals. Funerals can often last a day or two. If there is a war, a mass funeral is held. These tend to last a week.
