Neppic

Neppic is a language of the dark, the inverted, the monstrous, twisted natures and the odd and left over, other. The Doka did not invent it but they learn it to isolate their communication outside of Elven. It appears to have it's own lettering and is unsettling to hear, like Penn spoken backwards and upside down.
