Ruins of Sacrament

One the thriving capital of the region, the vast majority of this area has fallen into ruin. While a great river separates the ruins from what little is left of the civilized area, no amount of effort has been able to clean up the ruins, both above ground and below. Most of the region above ground is patrolled by a large company of Warforged, the ruins below contain all manner of undead and infected ratfolk.
