Examples of culturally inspired insults

You’re acting like a Solarian in winter.

Meaning: You're being stupidly irrational.
Explenation: Since the Solarian people (literally named after the sun) have their distinct religious branch of the Dualistic Church, referred to as Solarism, where instead of the two Eternals being considered the omnipotent creators of the universe it is the sun Eather that takes that place. As the winter within the Regency is characterised by a constant cloudy sky, the Solarian people experience what was jokingly nicknamed the "sun-lack depression" or "sun-lack sickness". This is something of a nation-wide depressing atmosphere and lack of enthusiasm displayed by the common people. This of course is viewed by outside nations as something idiotically symbolic, having no real sensible point to it, besides than to expose Solarian religious views (which they do so frantically anyways), rendering the whole situation grotesquely irrational in foreign eyes. After all, who would want to subject themselves to depressive moods just for the sake of showing off? Thus this insult.

Explenation: A racist insult, originating from the historical enemities between the Folfmer and Daoinian people, where the latter view the first as just vile animals.

Explenation: Insult that referres to the traditional overblown feathery tiaras of Aviani noblemen, that are usually seen as exceptionally laughable.
