Central Continent
Although not the largest of the continents it is definitely one that surpasses the rest in its historical and cultural value. After all, it's from there that civilization had begun. And what a naturally wondrous place it has chosen to sprawl out of. Solarian scholar about the Central Continent
Geography
North
Up-pole
The utmost northern part of the continent is referred to as the "Up-pole" (since it's the upper pole) and consists mostly of glaciers, frozen islands and other ice/snow structures. The sea that is located in this region (partially permanently frozen) and encompasses a considerable chunk of it freezes completely every winter creating vast plains. In summer, it usually somewhat breaks apart resulting in the previously mentioned islands to emerge.Visokit Mountains
Going southwards, the titanic mountain range of Visokit sprawls in all directions. These vast mountains are considered one of the most inhospitable of places anyone can live in, although rich in their natural beauty. Many valleys cut their way through the stone slopes with rivers often flowing down them. This, in turn, creates a diverse terrain that brings many to awe.Tundras and Steppes
On the southern slopes of the Visokit Mountains begins an expansive blend of steppes and tundras, that separates the mountainous terrain from the grassy plains and hills of the Middlelands. This mix is most recognized for its look during autumn, where vibrant colours of vegetation give an impression of an endless sea of colour.Middlelands
Great Golden Plain
In the east, a vast flatland covers the continent. Its name derives from the colour some of the grasses there turn to in summer and autumn.Forests of the West
Large forests take up most of the western and southern part of the middle lands, with only a handful of some bigger plains. A few larger rivers cut through the dense mixed forests and many small lakes and ponds are present throughout them.South
Aviani Mountains
Named after their inhabitants, the Aviani mountain range is located on the south-east part of the Central Continent. It's characterised by rather steep slopes and cliffs, alongside many valleys and ravines.

These pics are so beautiful! I would like to know more about climate in middlelands and south. North is cold, but how hot is the south in comparison?
I do agree, I personally fell for them the moment I saw them. As for your question, the most southern part of the continent is something along the lines of a warmer Mediterranean climate and the more you go north, the colder it gets. So the Middlelands have a continental climate, similar to that in central Europe. There are some differences of course, as the climate also varies depending on how close the area is to a body of water and such, but generally it remains this kind of warm, kind of chilly place with some rain thrown into the mix.
Nice! Add it to the article when you get some time! (Just don't draft or make it private, or it wont be considered for SC prizes)
