Nights of Exploding Stars

A large space battle occurs somewhere between the moon and the planet. The wreckage of the many ships tumbles towards the planet and moon. The wreckage leads to many "shooting stars" as chunks fall through the atmosphere.   Some vessels embed deep in the earth, while others crash onto the surface, to be covered over with layers of earth over the centuries.   Some of the survivors intermingle with the humans or are taken captive by the Dragon Kings' forces. Others, namely androids, slip into "standby mode", in order to conserve power for when they are needed.
