Journey to the Acropolis 12/20/21

General Summary

When we started the session the party continued to question Rin (Exalted son of Endo and Asteria.   Shortly after he went to go retrieve panikos, and Epicurus and Niv needed more work done.   It was at this point that the Avatar of Asteria herself appeared and started assisting the party with their needs.

• Where is a shop to get binoculars and supplies?  Answer was Got-cha, the store across the street from the Crystal Ball.
• She informed the party that the Precursors will catch on to the Rippers crimes.
• Informed Ghost that the person he was looking for is Constantinople, and that Persian Rule over the area is set to end when a roman takes hold of their Patron City.  The targets of Cullens bounty is Julian the Apostate.
• Niv, Epicurus, Methuselah, and Ghost Left their weapons to get upgraded.
• 1000 gold for each
• Niv asked for the ability to shoot underwater, Asteria said Sapphire can probably help with that.

The party Traveled over to Gotcha and Met Merriel and Ardryll.  She has long black hair, and dark scales, she about 5'6 and has a bit of social anxiety.   Eventually her wyrm Ardylll took over conversations.

• Cullen had a gun pulled on him, and was asked if he works for the Black Flame.   
• Cullen Purchased Binoculars called the "The Cullen Special" for 500g.  They show the wind speed, distance, and provide night vision when looking through the scope.   They also can be adjusted and attached as a scope for a gun.
• Purchased 2 cloaks that change to the color of the stone located in cities, provides +5 to stealth.
• Did not purchase the best cloak that cost 20000g.
• A coin of the Boatman is being sold at this shop.

When the Party returned to the main area of Capital Square, Ghost witnessed the a small platinum sanctuary that has a platinum statue dedicated to Bahamut located in the courtyard of the building and the eyes kept following Ghost around.   Looking for information on the locations of building and objective Ghost attempted to call over members of wisdom Guard.    When they didn't respond, ghost got the attention of Athenian Soldiers, and after a questionable tone, they proceeded to try swindle him out of some platinum do their supposed power.   Epicurus tried to calm the situation by mentioning Mythreal, and after some rude remarks about her, he crushed their hand.   A wisdom Guard carried the Gorgon shield and spear of wisdom appeared behind the guard and through the Atheaning to the Ground.  Threating to turn them in over trying to swindle people for money.

• Reyna is 5'10, brown hair braided tightly down her back, she has royal blue eyes, and wears typically Greek armor colored royal blue with silver trim.
• She requested Epicurus help and gave him a scroll with the details.
• She has stated that times are tense between the Wisdom Guard and Athenian Soldiers over the right to rule Athens.   Reyna stated that they dont rule, Athena does.
• The Quest is to look into the Palace of Gods, as their appears to be some shady dealings going on and ranking gods and insulting other gods in the process.

The Party was deciding on where to go for the night, and chose to visit the Acropolis and stay the evening with Mythreal.    Mytreal made her prayers to the wisdom guard, and then made a heroes feast for the party.  She talked with Epi about growing up around Milos, and Epi excitedly informed her on the details of his adventures. While on the Acropolis:

• Epi got to see the shrine to his Patron for the first time, and trained with Mythreal and Reyna
• Reyna easily defeated both of them
• Mythreal helped with the crab
• Methuselah got some nectar from Poseidon
• Epicurious informed the group of the situation going on in the Palace of Gods.   Gods are being ranked and some gods of importance are hidden away in the forest shine of Pan.   Your contact is Nephele. 
• Niv returned to the acropolis to pray at the Halls of Hades, since Athens appears not to have a shrine to Thanatos.   It required that some he cared for that passed away to guide him to the shrine of hades.   He was given socks and sandals.    
The Session ended with the soul of a Wisdom Guard fleeing her death at the hands of the Ripper.   No rights of death were given to this warrior.
