The Goddess of lightning and personal servant to Zeus.

LORE:  There is the love of his wife Hera, and there is the love of his assistant Astrape. Never too far away, and the one female available that he has not slept with. She is the power personified in Zeus. She schedules all his meetings and covers for him while he is out. She is fiercely loyal, to likes of Styx. Athena once insulted her, and for the first time she was reprimanded for it. Astrape is and will always be his best friend. —Hecate.
Personality Traits: In public she does address him as anything but my lord, but in private she is known to lecture him. Cold, by the book, and never wanting.
Ideals: Through Zeus the world has been at peace, he is the one true god.

Astrape Quiver:
You gain a shock absorbent quiver, which houses 3 lightning bolts. With a bonus action you may throw these at an enemy. Each one deals 3d4+mod in lightning damage. (1d20+dex to hit).
Enemies hit by the lightning must make a dex save or they shock the enemies within 5ft of them for 2d6+mod
