He is the lawful one of the group, and the law states that all men must pay the toll of boatman to make it to the afterlife, those who do not spend eternity suffering in his river. He allows his servant Charon to carry those who have paid to judgment. — Hecate   Personality Traits: Calm and relaxed, but if someone mentions Heracles, he loses all control of rationale.   Ideals: Rivers make their own path through the world. When something gets your way move it.   Bonds: The other rivers of the underworld, Thanatos, and Hades.   Flaws: His arrogance cost him wife and horn.   Symbol: A boat on a river

  Gained When Selected (gained upon entering river)   Ability Score Increase: Increase Constitution Score by +4 to max of 22   Effects of entering The River:
  • If you fail a CON save of 17 your health is lowered by 1/4th.
  • If you pass you have permanent disadvantage on Wisdom based skills. You gain a nervous tick. You have minus 2 to initiative checks as you will fear to engage in battle. You may try to grab some coins of the dead. You gain the spell Pain.
  • You change into the Daemon Tormentor Race.

Deals 10d6 Non-Elemental damage. The target makes 3 CON saves equal to your Patron DC. Legendary Resistance may be used to save against one effect. The effects last until cured. If the target fails, the first check it is Blinded. If the target fails, the second check it is Silenced. If the target fails, the third check it has Disadvantage on all checks. If a target is afflicted with any of these conditions they stay until cured from the target
