Death

Death is the uncaring end of everything, the ultimate oblivion, the final solution. But Death does not revel in killing, Death simply is. Followers of Death are not, generally speaking, screaming murderers (though exceptions exist). Death is without passion, Death is final, Death is inevitable. Death is the ultimate expression of true Neutrality in the multiverse.   The one exception to Death's passionless existence is gambling. Death loves to gamble and this love of gambling has lead to legends of those who have cheated Death or managed to win games of chance against Him to save their very souls. Death Himself does not refute these legends. After all, eventually everything, even the multiverse itself, will climb into his cold embrace.

Temples: Every graveyard holds a building at its center made of black stone, usually marble. The small building most people see, where they come to make offerings, seem to be little more than shrines. Beneath the ground, however, are the crypt-like rooms making up temples to death.
Worshippers: Doctors, those who deal with the dead on a regular basis, gravediggers, the terminally ill, gamblers

Edicts: Bring death to those who are on the brink, but do so without emotion. Destroy undead whenever possible, as they are a perversion of Death.
Anathema: never show strong emotions. Do not lead the dying away from Death. Never create an undead creature.

Intercessions

Major Curse: Death removes his touch from you, forever. You will never die. However, no healing will work on you other than natural healing, including uses of the Medicine skill to Treat Wounds or the most powerful Heal spells. Furthermore you continue to age and your body continues to degrade. You gain no special resistances to disease or poison. You still take damage from starvation or dehydration, though you will not die from them. When you reach 0 hit points you are unconscious until you somehow regain at least 1 hit point (generally through natural healing). Eventually your body will become so frail and weak that it will be a prison for you, unable to move but still fully aware of your surroundings, trapped in a body with bones turning to dust.
