Setican Royal Jewels

The Setican Royal Crown is a piece of jewelry that many considered immensely significant to the people of Setica. Originally, the crown was given to the Governor of the Aedrian Province of New Aedria, which was named the unofficial capital of all the colonies of the New World. This caused tensions as many empires other than Aedria had claim to these lands and made it hard to determine a ruling authority. It wasn't until the Aedrian Conquest of Setica, removing much of its competition from the continent, that the Royal Crown gained notority as the symbol of authority. This however changed against when the Revolution and the War of the Continent began. The Governor of New Aedria had fled as Riabella was destroyed over and over and instead hide in one of the many other territories. For a while, there was no official ruler of the colonies and so the military and political side of the Revolution butted heads and struggled to find common ground which slowed the Revolutoionary movement for many years. It wasn't until Titus I and his soldiers rediscovered the lost crown that any official organization had begun. Titus, feeling that the crown held too much bearing of the old ways and not wanting to feel like a tyrant, had the crown melted down and mixed with Setican Silver. With this, the crown was reforged by Dwarven craftsman and given jewels from the Thundering Peaks. Furthermore, the crown was detailed into a leaf design and appeared more like a bejeweled ringlet than a mighty and strong crown. This artifact, along with the Star of Titus, which was forged from pieces of a broken Aedrian Cannon, represented the new power in the land and has remained that way for the coming years that followed. Today, the crown and the Star of Titus are considered national treasures to Setica and are deemed the possession of the Royal Family.
