Tarek Simmot
Tarek Simmot is an owlin of Small stature.
He will show the mark on his head where it looks like he might have had a significant wound in the past with minimal prompting. Tarek further explains that he took on the work with the guard partly as a way of thanking the town for saving his life, and he doesn't remember how he came to be in the forest or any details from his life before. He recalls how to fly, and was apparently a pretty good shot before, and these skills remain for him. But any details of his past life beyond these simple skills is beyond his reach.
Tarek has a fairly sunny disposition - he considers his current life pretty good. The world may be a bit harsh in places but the locals have been quite kind. He mentions that he always buys Dappled Meadow a drink when he sees her at the Sohmweyr common house.
