Roger's Bargain Basement

Roger runs a legitimate business where items of all kinds can be bought and sold. He keeps a “blue light special” section of the shop, unidentified items (all sales final, not responsible for adverse outcomes). He has an extensive collection of junk, much of which is magical and very little of which is obviously valuable.
Many people around town make a decent living by picking through the rubble of the nearby town and selling their findings to Roger, so most notable items in the area pass through his hands sooner or later.
