Nogos (NO-gose)

Nogos was a famously powerful but reclusive wizard. Stories about him were that he had accumulated a vast fortune and retired to an unspecified location to study the mysteries of the universe.
Based on the group's experience with Sigmand and other lore regarding him:

1. He was a big fan of making his own custom magic.
2. He was regularly described as "superbly powerful."
3. Nogos is presented in the histories as being more about what's interesting and figuring things out than having a partilcular bent towards good or evil.
4. The books don't speak on his demise, but the books are quite old (potentially even pre-Calamity, though it's hard to tell).
5. There was a rumor that Nogos had his own version of the Contingency (DnD Beyond) spell.
6. He may still be alive, since Sigmand thinks he wouldn't find being dead "interesting."
7. He had multiple towers, at least one of which was on the main continent the group is familiar with.
8. He had been to Estimarth, so the living can visit there.
