The Orgin of the Central Wastelands

A large civilization used to be the base of the continent now known as Parcadia thousands of years ago. A magical calamity destroyed the majestic city, razing the land to wastelands. The calamity also destroyed the major magics that kept the various elements of the continent together, throwing everyone on the borders into a dark age as they immediately lost commincation and trade with their neighbours.
