Portable Rune-Powered Chronograph

Cawes required a portable, accurate way of measuring the time while working on his Nodal Location Model witih Daphine. The original "Chronographs" required two Novice Runesman 3rd class to carry about and calibrate every time he needed a measurement. The delays in taking time measurements led to many innacuracies in the Model, until Cawes developed this smaller, portable model that runs off the smallest possible runes.
The Portable Chronograph approximately the size of a large fist, and is carried on a cross-body strap so it can be moved easily between being in front of the bearer, to behind so it is out of the way and not as easliy damaged.
