Forest Heartdome

Forest Heartdomes are arcane items created by elves that magically help the growth of plants in the surrounding area and make trees easier to be modified by the arcane arts elves used to create their cities within forests. After the disappearance of the elves, these artifacts started losing power, because of the missing maintainance that elves mages used to perform on them. When a Heartdome fails and loses its ability to maintain a field of magical energy around, plants start to die and the richness level of the soild diminishes drastically and at astonishingly high pace, as the disappearance of arcane nutrition forces the land to support more vegetation than it normally should.

Trees where heartdome are kept grow enormously over time easily reaching 100+ meters in height and several dozen meters in width. Karazillya's central tree holds a heartdome and is 150 meters tall and with 25m of base diameter.
