As a last resort of the Deities in the effort of winning the Primordial War, the Supreme Deity crashed proto-planet Theia into proto-planet Earth, wiping out most of the Primordial race in the impact and causing a rapid cool down of the earth's surface, and the launch of a large amount of debris circulating the planet in a majestic ring of rubble. The Cooling of the planet caused the surviving Primordials to move further down into the earth's core where the Primordial sea still exists.
