Club: Ginger Island FC

Ginger Island is one of the tiny islands in Isla Paradiso. But the special thing about it, is you guessed it. Ginger! Some Spaniards must have brought it over and accidently seeded it on this island. Of course, it was re-discovered in the 1950s and there is a small, but lucrative ginger operation on this island that ships out of the major hub on the island Ginger Port. But this isn't a business operation like most in the spice industry. The residents of Ginger Island are the collective owners of the Ginger Paradiso, LLC. The wealth of the company is dispersed among the residents, who in turn are all employees of Ginger Paradiso. In a recent meeting, the company voted to form a football club with the hopes of one day becoming an international consortium like Red Bull.

The Owner

"You can be anyone in Isla Paradiso, literally re-invent yourself. I originally fell in love with Isla Paradiso when I won the hit reality TV show Survivor: Isla Paradiso. Then I watched a documentary on the small town of Ginger Island. Naturally I contacted the company and asked how I could contribute to their operation, and that's how the idea of Ginger Island Football Club and my investment in the club and Ginger Paradiso, LLC came about."

There were more than one eyebrow lifted when Aleris Gamer, winner of the inaugural season of the reality TV show "Survivor: Isla Paradiso" remained on the islands even after the show was over. His intentions were questioned at first, and there was even a rumour that he owed too many people too much money back home to ever want to return. However, that proved to be wrong and his intentions seem genuine. With his love for the game and the backing of Ginger Paradiso LLC he seems like the perfect man to bring glory to Ginger Island FC.
