Vladimir manages to find more information about
Tim Vaast and gets his adress. The four head over there but he is not home. After breaking in and accessing his computer Vlad finds some interesting information on it.
- A folder called Alina and Hendrika, pictures of two women all the way from they were children up until more recent ones when they seemed to be homeless at a subway station.
- The videos from the clinic
- Under a folder named "Dangerous Intel" there is a corrupted file called Pr7j*c^ Med2?a, as well as a clip of dark skinned man running like crazy down a street, he is stunned and carried off by two cyborgs. In the folder there is also a clip of a cyborg seemingly frozen in time in the middle of a shopping mall.
They also steal an anime bobblehead figurine and place it instead of the money inside the bag and then they do as they were told and place the bag inside the container. They monitor it for some time but once Vlad recives an e-mail from Tim saying GG WP, Jack checks the container only to find it empty.
They eventually decide to meet up with Tim Vaast but he sends his robot dog instead, he says he will not release the files and they decide to part ways, but with Myla suggesting chance of him helping them next time instead (for a payment of course).
Later while listening to the news the group hears about their shootout at
Port of Paradise but also how a truck carrying corpses on it's way to get ressurected got blown up on
Titan bridge. It is unclear what caused the explosion.
Most important however is that Deadshot identity has been revealed to be
Nile Deng.
The news cast was also interrupted:
"Hello. My name is Kaya. Most of you probably does not know who I am. I togheter with many others makes up .A. We have a goal to make a more fair world, a world where everyone has the oppurtunity to make a proper living for them selves. A world where greedy corporations and corrupt politicians does not decide our fates.
For some time now a masked vigilante by the name of Deadshot has aimed to disrupt our buisness. Brutally murdering many of us in cold blood. As you have heard, the identity is now known as Nile Deng. Why she has done what she has done to us we do not know. But it has to stop.
We will pay 1 million credits to anyone who will take her out. Her tyranny must stop."
Back at the storage Vlad, Jack and Mark investigates the device further. They find traces of stone in the cylindrical container. Not sure what it was they take it to
P.I.S.S Paradise Islands Stone Society . They are greeted by an older woman who shows them around and eventually looks at the stone in a microscope. She confirms the group suspicions that it is X-42. She ends up buying it for 400 credits.
The group decides that the next place to get further information is the Impact museum.
