Tim Vaast

Tim Vaast works as a IT technician for Dynamic Security down at Dynamic Security Cyberquarter.
Tim is a nerdy dude who has all kinds of weird augmentations all across his body but mostly in his head. He has a voice that screams low confidence and tends to not speak to anyone unless he has to.
He has a decent salary but still often engages in blackmailing people to make even more money. He does this by taking information from Dynamic Security and corrupting it, and tells the ones that he blackmailes that he will release the uncorrupted information unless they pay up.
