Tarkot Unalak

Tarkot Unalak is the current ruler of the Drakkan Empire. He is world famous for his despotic rule over the Drakkan people.

Personality

Tarkot is very cold, efficient, self righteous, strategic, manipulative, intellignet, and ruthless, and anyone who disobeys his, criticizes him or his government, or defies him could be executed without a second thought. He also seems to lack much compassion or empathy. This ruthless killing also is partially because of his strong paranoia, he believes that the best way to prevent people from becoming a problem is to kill them, and he hates taking risks, always looking to solve his issues as fast an efficiently as he can. His ruthlessness also extends to how he directs science. He doesn't place much value in human life, and sees humans as perfect test subjects, and he will allow any sort of experimentation on prisoners. These experiments are often extremely disturbing, although he tries to hide this from the rest of the world. Tarkot has many odd interests and beliefs, and with his huge amount of power over his empire he is able to have his scientists study these things as he pleases. He has a strong interest with the supernatural, extra dimensional, paranormal, and the unexplainable, and he will go to many lengths to find the truth about these things. Tarkot is also very stubborn, he almost never accepts advice from anyone, and just about always refuses to change his ways or his views.
Tarkot's ultimate life goal is to keep his dictatorship government in power, exterminate his enemies, and to advance science as far as he can. He truly does not tolerate anything he views as abnormal, dangerous, or He truly believes that the Drakkan people are superior to all others, and doesn't like non-drakkans very much, although he respects Shorians more than all other non-drakkan people

Political Views

Tarkot views all other nations as inferior to his, and his reason for this is his bias towards the Drakkan people and the Drakkan Empire's great scientific achievements. He prefers not to become involved in the politics of other nations, and only likes limited trade and contact with them.
While he doesn't respect other nations much, he actually respects the New Shorian Empire, due to them being Shorians, the only other ethnicity that he fully respects, and their immense impact on history and their countless achievements.

Goals and Motivation

Tarkot Unalak's main goal is to ensure that his government lasts forever, and he will go to any lengths to ensure this. His other goals are to keep his nation isolated from the outside world, and to advanced science and technology as far as he can, by and means he sees necessary.
