Sea Serpent

Sea serpents are massive reptiles that inhabit the open ocean. Sea serpents, like Krakens, have terrorized seafarers for all of human history, the first sea serpent attacks were recorded thousands of years ago by ancient seafarers who encountered them while on a voyage into the open ocean. Sea serpents are mysterious creatures. It's known that they only live in the open ocean so they aren't encountered very often, but when they are encountered they strike fear and awe into the hearts of all who witness them. Sea serpents can sometimes be very aggressive, coiling their bodies around ships and constricting them until they're split in half, all while devouring sailors on the ship's deck.
