Saberwolves are massive wolves native to Arctus.

Description

Saberwolves resemble massive white wolves with extremely long canine teeth similar to that of a sabertoothed cat. Saberwolves have a shoulder height of 7 feet (2.13 meters) and thick white fur that is especially thick around the neck. Saberwolves are also more muscular than other species of wolf like grey wolves.

Habitat and Diet

Saberwolves live all across the vast frozen plains Arctus, and thrive in the extreme cold present there. Saberwolves hunt in packs of around 3-12 members and hunt animals like musk oxen, arctic rhinos, and arctic mammoths.

Domestication

Saberwolves have been tamed by Giants for tens of thousands of years. Saberwolves help the giant in hunting, herding livestock, they can act as guard dogs, and even as beasts of war. Humans have always had a much harder time taming saberwolves, although it has been done several times before.
