The arctic rhino is a large species of hairy rhinos that inhabit the northern regions of Arctus.

Description

The arctic rhino resembles a large rhino, but with a more humped back and thick white fur, that can protect them against the freezing cold of Arctus. The arctic rhino has 2 horns on it's head, with a long strait horn on the front top of it's face, which it uses to sweep away snow so it can graze on the plants beneath. The woolly rhino has a second horn higher up on it's head than the first one, which is smaller. Arctic rhinos also use their horns to fend of predators and fight over mating rights.

Domestication

Arctic rhinos have been tamed by ancient humans that once lived where they do now, although these ancient humans were wiped out thousands of years ago by the Giants. Modern day humans still sometimes try to tame arctic rhinos, because Arctus is currently ruled by the New Shorian Empire (NSE).

Geographic Origin and Distribution

Arctic rhinos are found in the arctic steppe, ice plains, and high arctic regions of Arctus, AKA the central and northern regions of Arctus.

Arctic rhinos are more and intelligent than other rhinos, they are even able to be tamed and ridden.
