Personal history
Ever since de Eriada twins were born, they have had visions of the demise that was soon to happen to the people around them. As their predictions turned out to be true one after the other, people began to believe the twins were cursed.
When Rhaeyla and Rhayona had predicted their own mothers death, their father (Abraham) believed their visions had caused for it to happen. To prevent more of these prophesies, he had taken their sight to protect the rest of the village from harm, because he was their leader.
After the twins had their sight and visions taken from them, they had been held captive by their father for years, down in the shed, only having eachother.
When the twins had healed from their wounds, they started digging a tunnel. At the age of 10 they had finally managed to flee the shed and ran for the woods. In the woods, they ran into this man who had introduced himself as Gar, Garmel Gar.
Garmel is a wizard, he took them in and saw their true potential. He promised to restore their sight and visions and give them another way of seeing, it only came at a cost. The twins had to prove their loyalty and commitment, to do so, they had sacrificed their fathers soul, coming from the hatred and abuse.
As the wizard had given them a new way of seeing, and restored their visions, he kept on asking for more favours. Even though the favours became less ethical each time, Rhaeyla and Rhayona knew if they denied, they would lose their sight and visions forever.
