A creature of enigmatic power, the Cothbolg is a unique being that defies categorization. Always cloaked in the guise of an ordinary lynx, its true form remains a mystery, few would recognize it for what it is.
Chaotic Neutral to its core, the Cothbolg is driven by its own desires, unyielding to any plea, illusion, bribe, or persuasion, regardless of the source. Even gods tremble before its indomitable will.
Feared by all, the Cothbolg possesses a terrifying ability: the power to grant true death. Devouring its prey, it annihilates both body and soul, leaving no trace of existence.
Simultaneously present in every dimension, the Cothbolg is virtually indestructible. Its origins are shrouded in myth and horror, birthed from the unholy union of Sylvari the Elder Dragon and the eldritch entity Elhroth the Light-Eater. After being swallowed by the cosmic horror, Sylvari returned to the material plane, giving birth to this fearsome creature.
