The Giants Descend

General Summary

The great war between the Dragons and the Giants came to a head within the Silver City. A pitched battle ensued, but the dragons that lead the city were nowhere to be found to defend it. Brave adventurerers took their place, holding the line to the last man until the giants were forced to turn tail and flee, where they found their settlements destroyed and the remains of their military cut off by dragons returning from clearing away their settlements and were slain to the very last giant. The city and the kingdom held, but only just.
